In this crucial role, you'll work intimately with clients, assisting them in identifying and overcoming their leadership and cultural hurdles. Concurrently, you'll contribute to Lysander's strategic growth by identifying and nurturing new opportunities. Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in leadership facilitation, executive coaching, or cultural transformation.
- Desired: Master's degree in leadership, organisational development, or a related field.
- Strong networking skills and strategic mind.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

IMPACT
Mordialloc Freeway Joint Venture
The Integrated Approach to Wellness, an industry-first leadership and culture program for the construction industry, and made possible through funding from WorkSafe Victoria's WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund. The program aimed to address the high levels of depression, anxiety, and stress experienced by Victorian construction workers, fostering industry-wide cultural change. Led by a consortium consisting of Lysander, Mordialloc Freeway Joint Venture, and Swinburne University. Explore this groundbreaking initiative that prioritises leadership and culture in the construction industry.
Women In Construction Scholarship
Lysander proudly funded 16 remarkable women from diverse construction roles and companies, empowering them to excel in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry. With only 12% of women in the workforce, this program equips participants with essential skills such as constructive conflict resolution, coaching conversations, and strategies to build leadership presence and influence while maintaining authenticity and a sense of the female self.
