Workplace Wellbeing

Our approach to workplace mental health is designed to build an environment where people flourish and work efficiencies improve.

The Integrated Approach to Wellness is one such framework we have worked on from the ground up to provide the construction industry and others with a standardised approach for building a culture of positive mental health and well-being. Lysander and the Integrated Approach to Wellness has been recently recognised as a finalist in the 2021 Australian Workplace Health & Safety Awards.

Preventing Stress and Burnout

Factors such as high job demands, continuous long working hours, feeling undervalued, poor workplace relationships are some of the situations we have observed.

There is an ever-increasing need and expectation for organisations to commit to developing mentally healthy workplaces. Lysander specialises in organisational wellness and takes an integrative approach to support organisations on a journey of cultural transformation.
