The "Growing with Focus" program equips leaders with the skills and clarity needed to support team cohesion, influence a positive culture, recruit the right talent, and inspire high performance—all while staying aligned with their strategic vision for business growth.

Through a blend of workshops, peer connections, and dynamic digital knowledge-building activities, participants engage in reflection, strategic decision-making, and actionable insights.     • Pre-workshop ‘Start Your Thinking’ digital learning to focus thinking and post-workshop ’Learning into Action’ digital activities directly after the workshop to embed and practice learning back on-the-job​.

    • One fully digital course (Hiring Foundations) to build foundational understanding of critical HR responsibilities and best practice methodology​.
