Over four immersive months, this program is a leadership development journey that equips scaleup leaders with the personal insight and self-awareness essential for transformational leadership. Through a blend of evidence-based tools, including a 360° leadership styles diagnostic, one-on-one debriefs, interactive workshops, and dynamic digital learning activities, participants will enhance their ability to inspire and lead effectively.

This program is more than just skill-building; it is a transformative experience that immerses leaders in powerful and personal reflections about their leadership style. By fostering a deep understanding of oneself and others, "Leading a Great Scaleup" empowers all the leaders within your organisation to drive your scaleup towards sustainable growth and long-term success.

Program Outcomes

The program immerses participants in a vibrant, multifaceted learning experience, from self-paced digital modules with rich, immersive content to workshops, which provide the opportunity to share knowledge, practice and consolidate learning.

On completion of the course, participants will be able to:

identify their existing leadership strengths and determine what needs to change to address any gaps.
identify the qualities of transformational leadership and self-assess against these.
leverage the positive influencers in their career to determine the sort of leader they want to be and explore how to realise this in their current environment.
better connect with team members, clients or stakeholders to increase engagement and provide clarity in the complexities associated with a start-up or scaleup.
identify specific challenges in their environments and leverage peer and facilitator support to build strategies to overcome these.
set clear action plans for developing the leadership capability in their teams to set up their scaleup for sustainable and successful growth

- Three self-paced digital courses with rich, immersive content such as videos, assessments and e-learning.
- A ‘My Leadership Journey’ workshop exploring the elements of being an inspiring and inclusive leader, and which provides the opportunity to network, share knowledge, practice and consolidate learning with like-minded peers.
- Pre-workshop ‘Start Your Thinking’ digital learning to focus thinking and post-workshop ‘Learning into Action’ digital activities to embed and practice learning back on-the-job
- A 360° diagnostic assessment of the participants’ leadership style, including two one-on-one debriefs with our accredited facilitator(s).
This program is suitable for leaders in your scaleup with a range of leadership skills and experience. It is focused on inspiring high performance by extending existing skills from any starting point.
